CanniMed Therapeutics Inc. – Exit 

CanniMed Therapeutics (“CanniMed”) is a licensed producer of medical grade cannabis based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. PFM’s first investment into CanniMed was in 2012 through an equity raise used to finance the expansion of the Company’s production facilities. Over the next 5 years, PFM continued to support the Company through additional investments for a total investment of $9.7 million. In January, the Company agreed to accept a takeover offer from Aurora Cannabis Inc. in a cash & share transaction valued at $1.1 billion. In March, PFM received its portion of Aurora shares and subsequently sold them through the public market.
