Certarus Ltd. – $5 million – New Investment – Growth Capital

Certarus Ltd. is a Calgary based provider of integrated compressed natural gas services to energy and industrial clients throughout North America. In November, PFM participated in a $35 million equity raise which was used to fund capital expenses and geographic expansion. The Company has a large customer base and is diversified across many industries and geographical regions. For this reason, we believe the investment has a strong risk-adjusted return as the Company has capitalized on the growing demand for compressed natural gas.
