Aureus Energy Services Inc. – $3.8 million – New Investment – Growth Capital

Aureus Energy Services Inc. provides water management, heating and hot oil services to oil & natural gas companies operating in Alberta and British Columbia. The Company was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Calgary with its main operating facility in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

In May, PFM participated in a $21.5 million equity raise which was used to purchase additional equipment and increase balance sheet liquidity. Despite the downturn in the energy market, the Company has grown significantly over the last several years as they successfully capitalized on the growing demand for water management services. PFM’s investment will help the Company continue to grow and expand to new markets.
