Johanna Salloum is the Chief Operating Officer and partner of PFM Capital. Ms. Salloum joined PFM in 2007 at the inception of her career and has held various roles within the investment and leadership team over the past 15 years.
As a Senior Director of Investments, Ms. Salloum is responsible for overseeing the investment team’s operations, managing a portion the firm’s diversified portfolio, and leading the team on new transactions. Ms. Salloum’s diligence and consistency on the investment team are instrumental to the long-term success of the portfolio. In addition to her work with specific portfolio companies, Ms. Salloum assists with the overall management of the portfolio, the management of the funds and leadership of the firm.
Over the years, Ms. Salloum has held directorships with a number of portfolio companies as well as other Canadian and local organizations. She currently volunteers on the Board of Trustees of the MacKenzie Art Gallery, a prominent Western-Canadian art gallery (previously acting as President).
